Christmas Eve 2017


Unbelievable... I totally forgot to post about our Christmas Eve lunch/dinner... I think I was too busy and too focused on posting photos on Instagram, that I forgot to write a blog post... Ah, well. Better late than never, right?!


Traditional Swedish Christmas food

Christmas ham, pickled herring, jellied veal, cured salmon (gravlax), egg halves with aioli and roe, beet root salad, meat balls and wort bread - all made by yours truly!
